Who Are We?

At VIPS PMS, part of Freetime Hospitality b.v., there is an informal atmosphere where everyone is dedicated to serving the customer every day. For over 25 years, we have been a leading provider in the Netherlands with our reservation software, catering to B&Bs, hotels, and conference centers.

To expand our team in Nieuwegein, we are looking for a Customer Success intern.

Job description

What Will You Do?

You are the first point of contact for our customers, solving problems and answering user questions about our reservation and POS systems. You don’t need to be a tech expert for this
You ensure that complicated issues are properly escalated to second- and third-line support staff

You (co-)manage projects from go-live to aftercare for our partner locations
You and your colleagues ensure that our customers are helped in a friendly and effective manner

Requirements

What Do We Get From You?

You are pursuing an MBO or HBO degree in Hospitality and/or Event Management;
Some work experience in a hotel or event company;

Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
A driven and stress-resistant personality who can work in a structured way.
