VIPS PMS presents the latest update for May: Retrieve online reservations after midnight!

Through the room rack screen, you can manually create new reservations for an arrival from the previous day up until 11:00 AM today. This deadline is now also applied to channel manager reservations. This means that if a reservation is made on Booking.com at 12:15 AM for “tonight,” it will still be delivered by the channel manager.

• The hotel can clearly see that there are still arrivals.
• The reservation doesn’t need to be manually entered.
• The notification ‘Assign room’ will display all unassigned reservations with an arrival from the previous day
