To expand and support our Customer Success department, we are looking for a stress-resistant Manager Customer Success for our Nieuwegein office.

What Will You Do?

As the Manager Customer Success, you will bring structure to the Customer Success department and help further professionalize it. You’ll lead the daily stand-up meeting, discussing priorities with the team. You are the link to Product, Sales, and Consultancy departments.

You’ll prepare schedules and reports, using these to implement improvements.

Besides being the point of contact for the Customer Success team, you’ll also connect with our clients via phone and email. You actively assist in solving problems, answer user questions about our reservation and point-of-sale systems, and perform regular remote maintenance on client systems.

Flexibility is essential, as participating in the on-call services is part of the role.

In short, you and your colleagues ensure that our customers are assisted in a friendly and efficient manner.

What Do We Get From You?

We’re interested in your past experience, but your potential and eagerness to learn and grow are even more valuable. Strong soft skills are also essential; you know how to manage customer expectations and guide and motivate a team.

In addition, you have:

  • A minimum of an MBO-level diploma;
  • Knowledge of the Zoho ticketing system;
  • Preferably knowledge of PMS and an affinity with hospitality;
  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English (German is a plus);
  • A desire to learn something new every day.
